Navigating the Main Interface
The Agent Workflow interface is designed to be intuitive and efficient, allowing you to seamlessly create and manage your AI agent's conversations.
Channel Selection: At the top left of your screen, you can select the specific communication channel you want to build a flow for, such as:
iMessage & SMS
Instagram
Facebook
Email
WhatsApp
AI Activation Toggle: Next to the channel selection, you'll find a toggle switch to easily turn your AI agent on or off for the selected channel.
Return to Agent Hub: The "Agent Hub" button allows you to quickly navigate back to the main dashboard.
Configuring Your Agent's Settings
The settings panel is where you can fine-tune the behavior and personality of your AI agent.
Accessing Settings: Click the gear icon located in the top navigation bar to open the settings menu.
Key Settings: Within this panel, you can configure various aspects of your agent, including:
Conversation Settings: Define the purpose and context of the conversation.

Follow-Up Sequences: Create and manage how the agent follows up with contacts.
And much more!
Managing Your Workflows
The ability to import and export your agent flows allows for easy sharing, backup, and duplication of your work.
Exporting a Flow:
Click the Export Flow icon (upward arrow) in the top right corner.
This will download the current workflow as a JSON file to your computer.
This feature is perfect for saving your progress, sharing with others, or moving a flow to a different account.
Importing a Flow:
Click the Import Flow icon (downward arrow) in the top right corner.
Select the JSON file of the flow you wish to import from your computer.
The imported workflow will then populate on your canvas.
Testing and Building Your Flow
The canvas is your main building area, and the testing feature allows you to see your agent in action.
Adding Nodes:
Click the plus icon on the left-hand side to open the "Add Workflow Node" panel.
You can either click on a node to add it to the canvas or drag and drop it to a specific location.
Testing Your Flow:
Click the Test Flow button at the bottom of the screen.
This opens a chat interface where you can interact with your agent as if you were a user.
The Session Logs on the left of the chat show the behind-the-scenes actions of the agent, which is invaluable for debugging.
Interface Controls and Shortcuts
To help you build more efficiently, the interface includes several helpful controls and keyboard shortcuts.
Dark Mode: In the top right corner, you can toggle between light and dark modes to suit your preference.
