A notification will appear, stating: "This is sample data to preview your dashboard. It will be replaced with real data once your AI agents start messaging leads."

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The top of the dashboard features five key metrics that provide a high-level summary of your AI's performance over the selected date range.

  • Leads Replied: The number of leads who have responded and engaged in a conversation with your AI.

  • Appointments Booked: The total number of appointments successfully booked by your AI.

  • Conversion Rate: This is the percentage of replies that resulted in a booked appointment. It helps you understand how effectively your AI is converting engaged leads.
