Introduction to the Appointments Page
The "Appointments" page in AgentKong serves as your central hub for viewing and managing all the appointments that your AI agents have successfully booked. This feature provides a clear, transparent overview of your agent's performance, allowing you to easily track scheduling activity and stay organized.
Navigating to the Appointments Page
Accessing your appointments is straightforward:
Log in to your AgentKong dashboard.
On the main navigation menu on the left-hand side, click on the "Appointments" tab.
You will be taken directly to the appointments list, where all scheduled meetings are displayed.
Understanding the Appointments View
The main part of this page is a detailed table that lists every appointment. Here is a breakdown of what each column represents:
Contact: Displays the name and email address of the person the appointment is scheduled with.
Scheduled Date: Shows the exact date and time the appointment is set to take place.
Source: Indicates which specific AI agent booked the appointment. This is useful for tracking the performance of different agents if you have multiple active.
Status: Shows the current state of the appointment (e.g., "Booked," "Completed," "Canceled").
Phone: Provides the contact's phone number.
Created: Shows the date the appointment was first created and added to the system.
Key Functions
While the page is primarily for viewing, it includes essential features to help you manage and find information quickly:
Search: Use the "Search appointments" bar at the top of the page to quickly find a specific appointment by contact name, email, or other keywords.
Sort: Each column header has sorting arrows next to it. Click these arrows to sort the entire list of appointments in ascending or descending order based on that column's data. For example, you can sort by "Scheduled Date" to see your upcoming meetings first.
