The Settings Page
The "Settings" page is the primary hub for your main account's configuration. Think of your "Control Centre" as your master account, and the "Businesses" within it as individual sub-accounts. The settings here apply to the overall Control Centre.
Account Tab: Business Information
This is where you can manage the basic information for your master account.
Key Concept: The "Company Name" set here represents your main agency or business, not the individual client businesses you might manage within the platform.
Instructions:
Navigate to Settings from the main menu on the left.
You will land on the Account tab by default.
In the "Company Name" field, enter or update your business's name.
Click the Save Changes button to apply.
Billing Tab
This tab provides a complete overview of your subscription status and allows you to manage billing details.
Key Concept: This section gives you a clear summary of your plan, including what features you have access to, and your next billing date.
Instructions:
While in Settings, click on the Billing tab.
Here you can view your Current Plan (e.g., AI Max), your Next Billing Date, and a list of features included in your subscription ("What you get").
To make any changes to your plan or payment method, click the Manage Subscription button.
Navigating the Bottom-Left Menu
The menu at the bottom-left corner of the screen contains several useful tools for managing your personal profile and experience on the platform.
Earn 40% Commission
AgentKong offers a referral program allowing you to earn commission. This link gives you quick access to your unique affiliate link.
Instructions:
Locate and click on Earn 40% Commission at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Your personal referral link will be instantly copied to your clipboard.
A confirmation message ("Referral link copied!") will appear at the top of the screen.
You can now share this link with others.
Feature Updates
This is your dedicated in-app changelog to stay informed about all new features, system improvements, and bug fixes.
Key Concept: A red notification bubble with a number (e.g., "+2") will appear over this link when there are new updates you haven't viewed yet.
Instructions:
Click on Feature Updates.
A pop-up window will appear, listing all recent updates, complete with descriptions and often a short video tutorial.
To clear the notification, you can click Mark All Read at the top or mark each update as read individually. Once read, the notification count will disappear.
My Profile
This menu allows you to manage your personal user details or log out of the platform.
Instructions:
Click on My Profile.
A small menu will appear with two options:
Edit Profile: This will take you to the "User Details" page, where you can see your name, email, and access level. From there, you can click Edit User to change your information or Reset Password.
Log out: This will securely log you out of your AgentKong account.
Dark Mode / Light Mode
Easily switch the platform's appearance to suit your preference or working environment.
Instructions:
At the very bottom of the left-hand menu, click the Dark Mode or Light Mode toggle.
The interface will immediately switch to your selected theme. You can toggle between them at any time.
