Introduction to the Follow-ups Page

The Follow-ups page in AgentKong provides a centralized location to view and manage all follow-up actions that your AI agents have scheduled with your contacts. This feature is designed to give you complete transparency into your agent's activities, allowing you to monitor upcoming interactions and manage them as needed. While the location of this page may be integrated into the "Contacts" section in the future, its core functionality will remain the same.

Understanding the Follow-ups Page

This page gives you a clear, table-based view of all pending follow-up communications.

  • Key Concept: A "follow-up" is created when your AI determines that it needs to re-engage with a contact at a later date and time. This page lists all of those scheduled future actions.

  • The Follow-ups Table:

    • Contact: Shows the name or identifier of the person the agent is scheduled to follow up with.

    • Channel: Displays the communication method the agent will use for the follow-up (e.g., SMS, Email).

    • Follow-up Date: Indicates the exact date and time the follow-up is scheduled to occur. This column can be sorted to see upcoming actions.

    • Status: Shows the current state of the follow-up (e.g., "Scheduled," "Completed").

How to Manage Your Follow-ups

The interface is simple and built for easy monitoring and management.

  • Step-by-Step Instructions:

    1. Navigate to the Page: Click on Follow-ups in the main menu on the left.

    2. Search for a Follow-up: Use the Search bar at the top to quickly find a specific follow-up by contact name or other details.

    3. View Scheduled Follow-ups: Review the list to see all upcoming interactions your agents have planned.

    4. Manage a Follow-up: If you need to cancel a specific follow-up, you can select and delete it directly from this list. This gives you manual control over the AI's scheduled tasks.
